Today a yummy post where I share my recipe to make a quinoa salad !
Of course you can adapt it to your tastes or your diet 🙂 I hope you’ll like it.
For this salad you’ll need :
♡ A tomato
♡ Cucumber
♡ Corn (~40g)
♡ Walnuts
♡ Cheese, here I use Leerdammer
♡ Tuna or ham or cured ham, as you want 🙂 🙂
You can add some chicory (like here) or green salad too, I do it sometimes, it’s delicious !
I start with the quinoa (I buy an already cook one), I add 1 tomato cut in dice then a bit of corn.
Then I cut a bit of cucumber in dices too, a slice of minced red onion and 1 little chicory.
Now I add the cheese in little bits, the walnuts (generally 2) then the tuna (there is some little 56g individual tin cans).
You can put anything you want like chicken, ham, eggs.. or nothing just vegetables. 😉
Salt and pepper as you want then dress with the dressing of your choice; I use a creamy one, I think it’s really good !
And it’s done, now all you have to do is savour ! Quite easy, a nice salad for the summer that is made quickly.
